This includes one hour of labour which will cover most breakdowns: low water pressure, re-light and adjust pilot lights, incorrect use of system and small leaks. If any subsequent work is required we can provide a written quotation. We can acquire most boiler parts within 24 hours.

Spread the cost of your contract and pay smaller installments of £32.50 every quarter. We accept payments by BACS transfer, cheque, credit or debit card.

 

Homeowners

Regular servicing can help minimise the risk of gas appliances developing faults.  Our new Service Contract includes one service per year for all gas appliances in your property and unlimited call outs for the year (otherwise costing between £20-£50 per call out), representing excellent value for money.  Parts are not included in the Contract but we do offer our Service Contract Customers between 10 & 20% discount off any new parts required.
You will also receive priority service.
Affordable payment options are available and credit/debit cards are accepted.

Landlords

Landlords have legal obligations in relation to gas, including:

  1. All landlord-owned appliances and flues must have a current gas safety check record
  2. All gas work must be carried out by a registered Gas Safe engineer
  3. Safety inspections must be undertaken every 12 months
  4. Certificates must be kept for 2 years
  5. Copy of the certificates must be issued to tenants within 28 days of inspection.

Gas Rite can carry out this vital work for you.
Our Service Contract provides a Gas Safety Inspection every year and unlimited call outs for your tenants if any appliance breaks down (each call out normally costing between £20 to £50 per call).  Parts not included but discount offered between 10 to 20%.
Tenants will get priority service.
Affordable payment options are available.  Credit/debit cards accepted.
